Paella – Americana Style by Connie Fairbanks
I love paella with friends and family. I’ve been working on my version for years. Yes, there are many versions of paella with lobster, rabbit, snails, etc. I’ve been to Spain, but I didn’t have paella in Madrid or Barcelona. However the seafood at La Boqueria in Barcelona at would have been amazing for paella. I’ve had paella several times in the US, but it was never made to order so I’ve been disappointed. The best paella I’ve eaten was in Puerto Rico. Of course, the seafood was just out of the water. There’s a lot of ingredients in paella, and it takes some time, but it’s worth it. So here goes with my American and very flavorful paella.
